Below are my terms for commissioning me as well as for my artwork in general.
These terms are subject to change as circumstances develop, other commission types are added, or if I feel things need changed.

Unless given permission by me, only the commissioner has permission to use the pieces they have commissioned.
_{This includes being used in AI data training of any kind}
Regardless if the piece was commissioned, none of my works shall be redistributed or sold by anyone or made into or put onto merch.
_{Commissioners may use the works they commission for their streams or youtube where they are monetized.}
Unless discussed, and only with people I trust, I do not offer payment plans.
I will require payment before I begin work.
I will provide sketches/WIPs, when available. _{This does not include emotes atm, but will still offer to change anything with them like other works.}
I do not offer refunds unless I have not started or I am unable to do the commission. _{I am willing to discuss if different circumstances come up}
At the moment, I take payments through Paypal and Ko-fi.
Payments must be in $USD
Any art I make I reserve the rights to post on socials and websites of my choosing.
_{I will NOT sell prints that consist of someone else's characters.}
If you commissioned the piece, you may post the images on your socials and sites, provided I am linked back to in some way, preferably on the same platform if possible.
You may NOT resell my work, via prints and such, even if you commissioned the piece.
_{Unless we have discussed otherwise, but those will be VERY rare circumstances with written agreements}

Below are some simple terms about my characters.

Fanart/giftart of my characters are always welcome! Please keep them SFW!
Please do not depict them in romantic, sexual, or fetish involvement. I AM in a closed relationship, please respect that.
_{Friendship depictions such as hugging a friend is okay!}
My characters shall not be displayed or used in any way other than by me unless given expressed permission.
_{This includes copying the design or any part of them
This does not include artists who I commissioned, of course.}

Extras and/or particular challenges that might make them take longer may be subject to a complexity charge. It's rare, but simply ask if you have questions!
